How we work

The path we follow from first contact to dispatch. You know what to expect at every step.

  1. 01

    Enquiry and technical review

    reply within 1 business day

    You share the model, dimensions, fabric and quantity. We can work from your own technical drawing if you have one.

  2. 02

    Quotation

    2–3 business days

    Unit price and lead time are prepared based on quantity, size and incoterm, together with a container loading plan.

  3. 03

    Sample production

    5–10 business days

    A sample is produced and sent to you before approval. We never move to series production before you have seen the fabric, stitching and dimensions physically.

  4. 04

    Sample approval and order

    depends on your approval

    Once the sample is approved the order is confirmed and scheduled. For private label, label and packaging design is finalised at this stage.

  5. 05

    Series production

    per agreed schedule

    Cutting, sewing, filling and assembly. Every batch is checked for seam strength, dimensional tolerance and surface defects before dispatch.

  6. 06

    Vacuum press and packing

    2–3 business days

    Products are vacuum-packed and palletised. Units per container rise and freight cost per unit falls.

  7. 07

    Dispatch

    per agreement

    EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — shipped per the agreed incoterm. Loading photographs and documents are shared with you.
