Removable mattress cover (zip cover) manufacturing
We manufacture zipped, fully removable and machine-washable mattress covers in our own facility in Kayseri — in any width, length and depth, with your own quilting pattern.
What is a removable mattress cover?
A removable mattress cover is the outer cover fitted over a mattress that detaches completely thanks to a zip. It is commonly called a zip cover.
The difference from a sewn-on cover is simple: because it separates from the mattress, it can go in the washing machine. A mattress itself cannot be washed; the layer that gets soiled and worn is the cover. When the cover comes off, the mattress lasts longer.
How is the zip positioned?
In our standard build the zip runs around three sides; the cover opens like a lid and can be removed without lifting the mattress.
On request we also produce a full-perimeter zip around all four sides, or a single-line zip along the long edge only. Hotel projects usually prefer the three-side zip so one housekeeper can remove the cover alone.
The zip teeth are tucked inside the edge binding — they never touch the sleeper's back and do not snag the bed linen.
What sizes do you produce?
We are not limited to standard sizes. We produce mattress covers in any width, length and depth; a non-standard size is not a separate job but part of our ordinary production flow.
The range we work in most often is 80–200 cm wide, 190–220 cm long, with a mattress depth of 15–35 cm. For anything outside that, simply send us the size list.
Fabric and quilting options
Quilted stitching on the top panel is standard, and the pattern can be developed specifically for your brand. The side band can use a contrasting colour or a mesh fabric.
On the fabric side we work with viscose, cotton blends, Tencel and antibacterial-treated surfaces; where a protective layer is required, we apply a breathable but waterproof membrane.
Baby and children's products use fire-retardant fabric.
Private label production
Our production, your brand. Label, care card and packaging are produced in your corporate identity.
Products are vacuum-pressed, packed and palletised; significantly more units fit into the same container and the freight cost per unit drops.

Can a removable mattress cover be machine washed?
Yes. The covers we produce are machine washable at 30 °C. Ironing is not needed; if the cover is fitted while slightly damp, the creases fall out on their own.

Do you send samples?
Yes. We produce and send a sample before series production; we never start manufacturing before you have physically seen the fabric, stitching and dimensions. Sample lead time is 5–10 business days.
How are mattress covers shipped?
Products are vacuum-pressed and palletised. This raises the number of units per container and lowers the freight cost per unit. We ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP.
