7 questions to ask when choosing a removable mattress cover supplier

Price should not be the only criterion when you source removable (zipped) mattress covers. These seven questions, settled in the first conversation with a supplier, prevent most of the surprises later. Under each one we note how Özgen Tekstil works.

1. Are you the manufacturer or a middleman?

Working with the manufacturer means discussing size, fabric and stitching details directly with the production line. At Özgen Tekstil the process runs in our own facility in Kayseri, from cutting to the final stitch.

2. Can non-standard sizes and fabrics be made?

We make mattress covers in any width, length and depth; different fabrics and your own quilting pattern are part of the normal production flow, not treated as a separate job.

3. Can I see a sample before mass production?

A sample is made and sent to you before approval; we do not move to mass production until you have seen the fabric, stitching and size in person. Sample lead time is 5–10 business days.

4. How is quality checked?

Every batch is checked for seam strength, size tolerance and surface defects before shipment.

5. Can you produce under my brand?

In private label production, labels, boxes and care cards can carry your corporate identity. Label and packaging design is settled at the order stage, after sample approval.

6. How does packaging bring freight cost down?

Products are vacuum-pressed and palletised. More units fit in each container, so freight per unit falls.

7. What are the delivery terms and documents?

Delivery terms are EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, as agreed. Loading photos and documents are shared with the shipment.
